Northwest Arkansas Workforce Summit

The Chamber’s annual Northwest Arkansas Workforce Summit is the only event in our region that brings together all the key players in workforce development – industry, education and policy makers.

This year’s Summit is being held on November 1, 2022.

The Summit brings business, education and policy leaders together to advance our region’s efforts to improve workforce training and align career readiness programs in our schools with the needs of our employers.

A special Career Exploration Expo for high school students from across Northwest Arkansas is also held in conjunction with the Summit. Students engage with local employers to learn more about future careers and needed skills. This year it will be held on September 13, 2022.
