
Ginger moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2018 from Joplin, Missouri, bringing with her over 25 years of Chamber experience. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for embracing strategic alliances, fostering meaningful partnerships, collaborating with business leaders, and serving as a connector within the community. She has proudly represented Chambers of Commerce at both the state and national levels.
At the Springdale Chamber, Ginger’s work is deeply rooted in advancing workforce development across Springdale, Northwest Arkansas, and beyond. By forging strong partnerships between business, education, and government, she advocates for innovative talent strategies that address both current and emerging workforce challenges.
Ginger is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organizational Management, completing the program at the University of Georgia in 2008.
Originally from Russell, Kansas, Ginger enjoys spending time with her four amazing grandkids, going to the beach, attending concerts, and living a purposeful life surrounded by family.
