Director of Economic Development
The Springdale Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Director of Economic Development to lead efforts that drive business investment, job creation, and long-term economic growth in the region. This high-impact role works closely with the President & CEO to execute strategy, manage business recruitment and retention efforts, and advance priority projects while building strong relationships with business leaders, site selectors, and community partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-driven professional who can manage complex projects, represent the community at a high level, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Member Engagement Specialist
The Member Engagement Specialist is a relationship-driven, revenue-generating role at the heart of the Springdale Chamber of Commerce’s growth strategy. This position takes the lead on member engagement and retention, while supporting sponsorship sales — working directly with new and existing members to deepen their investment in and value from Chamber membership. The Specialist also oversees the Chamber’s signature weekly networking event, Morning Brew, and contributes meaningfully to new member recruitment.
