Booth space is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis to Springdale Chamber members. Booth vendors are allowed to provide any gifts/items to give away during the event, but will not be allowed to distribute bags as this is a sponsored item. Bags will be available and distributed at all entry locations to teachers.
All booth vendors are required to donate a gift for a teacher. Gifts are required to be valued at a minimum of $100 each and need to be brought to the Chamber at 202 W. Emma Ave. between 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Details
– 2000+ teachers attend this vendor fair
– Setup begins the day before, August 6th, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
– Bags will be available and distributed at all entry locations.
– Breakfast will be provided by McDonald’s
Restrictions
1. Bags: Vendor booths will NOT be allowed to distribute bags as this is a sponsored item.
2. Food: If you are having food it has to be individually wrapped and be approved by the Chamber staff.
