Booth Space Request Form

Reserve your spot today for a Vendor Booth at the 2024 Springdale Chamber Teacher Appreciation Event! We will be hosting nearly 2,000 educators from Springdale Public Schools for a grand Welcome Back Event on Wednesday, August 7th.  Booth cost is $350 which includes an 8ft table, a tablecloth and 2 chairs. Booth space is reserved on a 'First Come, First Serve' basis so please get your registration forms in soon.

Each booth registration will also be required to donate a door prize valued at $100 minimum that will be given away during the Chamber’s program that morning. To fill out your gift form click here.
