The Springdale Chamber’s Teacher Appreciation Event presented by Sam’s Furniture was created 58 years ago to acknowledge and thank Springdale Public School’s educators for their work and contribution to our community. The event is the largest of its kind in the nation with over 2,000 teachers honored and more than $125,000 in member-donated gifts given away.

Sponsors join with vendors to provide a meal and thousands of dollars in gift giveaways to the educators during the annual event. Combined with a complimentary meal, the event is a high-energy, fun kickoff to the new school year. First-year teachers are recognized and 25-year+ teachers are also honored during the event. Eighty Springdale Chamber members host vendor booths during the Vendor Fair and an additional 120 volunteers are expected to participate during the event.
