Teacher Gift Form
The Chamber is seeking teacher gift donations for this year's Teacher Appreciation Event, scheduled for Wednesday, August 7, 2024, for our 2000+ Springdale educators.
If you would like to donate gifts, they are required to be valued at a minimum of $100 each. Your contribution may be a gift, gift certificate, or cash. Simply complete the form below to submit your donation.

Items need to be delivered to the Chamber (202 W Emma Ave.) no later than Wednesday, July 24th.
