One of the state's busiest birthing facilities is Northwest Medical Center – Willow Creek Women’s Hospital. Unlike any other in Arkansas, the hospital offers a wide range of services just for women, all under the same roof, with 64 licensed beds. Willow Creek Women’s Hospital's services include full obstetrics services, all-in-one labor and delivery, recovery, postpartum suites, lactation consultants, childbirth, parenting, wellness and nutrition education, and infertility diagnosis and treatment.

Willow Creek’s Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is the region’s largest with the only onsite 24/7 coverage by neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners. The NICU is designed to care for premature infants, sick infants or those that require special monitoring and/or care. The unit features 15 private rooms, which allow parents to “room-in” with their children, easing stresses that can be caused by separation and providing a limited-stimulus environment for these delicate little patients.

The Northwest Neonatal Graduate Clinic follows babies who are discharged from the NICU for a year with a team of neonatologists, pediatricians, and professionals from a host of ancillary services needed to assure the babies and their families receive the care and support they need.

In addition to advanced obstetrics services, Northwest Medical Center - Willow Creek Women’s Hospital provides cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and health care services women need beyond childbearing years, from menopause management to bladder control concerns including gynecological surgeries and services. Adjacent to the hospital is the Northwest Breast Imaging Center at Willow Creek, offering 100% digital mammography technology, stereotactic biopsy, ultrasound and other breast care services.
