Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. and the Springdale Chamber of Commerce have joined together to provide a program to our members that can help meet their employees' needs outside the workplace. This program offers valuable benefits that cover the most common legal needs your employees will encounter. And, they'll also have peace of mind with an identity theft protection plan. With identity theft a rapidly growing crime in the U.S., this program provides your employees with an action plan to help them protect their personal and financial well being.

This new affinity partnership also provides companies and their employees, at no cost, with an educational program - the Affirmative Defense Response System - that helps meet the requirements placed on businesses by the Federal Trade Commission for companies that handle the personal data of their customers. The program also provides companies a complimentary customer data protection strategy.
