The Springdale Chamber works to match available buildings and sites with companies looking to do business in Springdale. Two tools are now available to assist in this process.
Through a partnership with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission and Entergy, a powerful new tool -- the Arkansas Site Selection Center -- provides a searchable database of buildings 10,000 square feet or larger and building sites 10 acres or more. The online database provides users the ability to drill down for meaningful demographic data specific to the building or site in question.

Springdale Property Database
Also available here is the region's first searchable commercial real estate database made available by a Chamber of Commerce. The Commercial Real Estate Database is an easy-to-use listing of available commercial properties in Springdale, Arkansas. Search for retail, office, medical, industrial and vacant land. Users of the Commercial Real Estate Database can also view maps, pictures and request additional information for each property.

Chamber members may market their available property on our commercial real estate database by logging in through our Agent Login tool. This tool exists for commercial real estate brokers and Chamber members who wish to upload their available property information directly to the Commercial Real Estate Database.
To post commercial real estate, you must first obtain a password and login from the Chamber (479) 872-2222.
