What AIM Does
The AIM workforce magazine is a publication created by the Springdale Chamber of Commerce. This magazine serves as a guide to in-demand skills and high-paying careers in Northwest Arkansas.
AIM strengthens the connections between education and job skills, while also educating readers about career opportunities at your company. The magazine gives students more exposure to the world of work.
In its first year, AIM was distributed to more than 10,000 students in 16 school districts across Northwest Arkansas.
Share your company's unique skill needs and career opportunities with the emerging workforce. The AIM Workforce Magazine is used as curriculum in Springdale Public Schools' career explorations and advisory activities. Being part of AIM gives you exclusive opportunities to engage with students in the Springdale School District through a variety of events including classroom visits, resume and interview coach and career fairs!
As an opportunity offered only to Chamber members, you can purchase a 2-page spread in the AIM Workforce Magazine. In addition to the 2-page spread, participating companies will receive a complementary booth at the 2017 NWA Workforce Summit.
